There are a lot of reasons why people migrate. Some migrate to fled their war torn country while some wants to have a better life, others also wanted to reunite with their families and love one's. Canada is by far have the largest population of immigrants from over 200 countries of origin. As Canadian immigration increases every year, let's look at the reasons why people migrate.

1. Economy
The promise to prosper is one of the top reasons why people change their address. Their is a chance of a better living, education and lots of opportunities that can be offered by countries like United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and the rest.

2. Political Reasons
This applies to people who wants to share their own political belief that the can't find in their home lands. They seek new identity for a better living ambiance. They also want to maintain global presence amongst various countries.

3. Soul Mate
This is by far the most common reason why people immigrate. Some people hopes that they can find a person that could respect and accept them for who they are. Some even met in their own homelands and decided to brought up a family in a place where lots of opportunities and good education for their children awaits them.
